Applications are open for the current hiring process (starting Fall 2024). Our needs change on a yearly basis depending on graduating managers and the needs of the program. For this round of hiring, we are looking for applicants in all departments.

Please refer to the Apply tab of the website. You will fill out a Google form, and we will proceed from there. Applicants can expect multiple rounds of interviews over the course of a few weeks. If brought on, the fall semester will act as a trial period for both parties to see if it is a good fit.

This is not a paid position but there is opportunities to receive stipends after your first year with the program. Every manager is given the opportunity to compete for a leadership role, which receives a partial scholarship. The main form of compensation for this position is the opportunity to work for a Division I baseball program and the resources available to you. The goal is to prepare you for a future career, potentially in baseball. 

The time commitment varies from 15-30 hours a week, depending on your position. The resources that you have here are unmatched among other college baseball programs. You can take advantage of every opportunity possible.
